At the Customer's request and in the event that there is a need to take quick response actions, Cyber Arms appoints an appropriate team of experts ready to provide assistance at any time of the day or night.

The service is provided 24/7/365 or in any other mode, tailored to the current needs of the Customer. As part of this service, Cyber Arms provides a priority incident reporting line with a guarantee of taking action within the SLA agreed. In addition, customers are taken care of by Cyber Arms experts and gain access to the help of the best specialists on the market.

IRT - Professional post-incident support

In its work, the Incident Response Team uses the knowledge of other Cyber Arms teams, such as Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting. This is to quickly detect the causes of the incident and effectively stop its further escalation.
